Designed for inflatables and coated fabrics, Airlock makes airtight, waterproof fixes that flex and hold. Stop pad leaks and fabric pinholes fast so you can sleep through the night.

A punctured sleeping pad or water bladder doesn’t have to derail your thru-hike—the Igneous Airlock Patch seals it shut and keeps you on pace. At just 0.39 grams per patch, this transparent TPU repair fuses to inflatables with an adhesive that locks out leaks for good. Measuring 28mm x 36mm with rounded corners, it conforms to any surface—clean it, dry it, apply, and let it bond for 4 hours to maximize strength. Crafted for gram-counting hikers chasing FKTs, not car campers, Airlock delivers eight patches per pack to keep your kit airtight through the toughest trails.

4-Hour Bond Optimization:

Clean and dry the surface, apply, and give it 4 hours—the adhesive chemically welds to the inflatable, creating a seal that shrugs off pressure and rough terrain. No shortcuts, just results.

TPU Clarity Seal:

The Airlock’s transparent TPU blends seamlessly with your gear, offering a flexible, airtight fix that weighs less than a whisper—0.39g won’t tip the scales, even on a 2,000-mile haul.
