Solgar Vitamin D3 Liquid 2500iu 59ml

Liquid Vitamin D3 2500 IU (62.5 mcg) is a premium, high strength formula of vitamin D3 in a form that is easy for the body to use.

Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin that is essential to our health. It is required for calcium and phosphorus absorption and utilisation.

Vitamin D3 is known as the sunshine vitamin!

Vitamin D3 is also necessary for growth, development and maintenance of bones and teeth in adults and children. In its active form, Vitamin D3 works with calcium to control bone formation.

Vitamin D3 is unique in that man and animals normally obtain it from two sources: the spontaneous formation in the skin by the sun via a photochemical reaction in the epidermis, and the eating of a food that contains Vitamin D3.
