We had an incredible experience everything was amazing!!!! The woman who took care of us was excellent!!!! We loved her! The food was incredible especially the giant shrimps and the lamb!!!! And the lobster bisque!!!! AMAZING AMAZING experience!!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Woodwinds and we’re very happy with the attention to detail that was put into our wedding. The Monday before dropping off all of our décor and guest count went very smoothly and I felt very comfortable entrusting the woodwinds staff with my vision. I have gotten so many compliments from my family and friends about the venue, the service and of course, the food. We always appreciated when a staff member would get back to us within 24 hours regarding a question we had about the wedding. This always would help us stay at ease and made it easier to plan. The attention that we received to make sure that we had everything that we needed was impeccable. If we were to plan our wedding all over again we would pick The Woodwinds.
Thank you for making this one of the most memorable days in our lives.

Michael and I are extremely satisfied and content with the Woodwinds for our wedding on 9/30/17. The timely,attentive responses to emails loaded with questions were notably impeccable and we found the venue to be very flexible and accommodating to our needs. Communication is key with planning a wedding, especially from across the country in California. We appreciate how smoothly rehearsal was, Scott’s attention to detail and overall professionalism, and more importantly the staff on site were definitely paying attention to refilling our guests water glasses. As a former caterer, I noticed the little details and am happy to return for future events.

From the smallest of details to the things no one else saw, the staff had everything covered. We could not believe how amazing it was! Woodwinds is such a magical atmosphere and only made completely perfect by every detail and care that you have given. Even the beautiful new addition to the firelight room was amazing to see as Scott had predicted it would be.
Scott himself is a complete wonder!!!! Without him most of our photos would never have been so magnificent. He absolutely has the eye for details that distinguish your day from just a basic day. This was our first event, ever! No proms or fancy attire and to be honored by everyone was an absolute blessing.
We are absolutely grateful and amazed at how majestic woodwinds and its staff are. The gardens and fountains and even your castle like entrance make woodwinds an amazing, elegant, and enchanting location. Thank you so much for giving us the most incredible day of our lives!

Our wedding at Woodwinds was absolutely amazing! We’d like to send our gratitude to you and the staff for giving us ease of mind throughout the reception. We really had nothing to worry about!
Scott was amazing at keeping us on schedule and on time. There was also another woman (I cannot recall her name) who greeted us when we arrived, took care of our bridal party, and helped to make sure we got to our seats to eat.
Our bridal party and service loved that they also received such nice accommodations during the reception. I’d also like to say how pleased our guests were with your service and food. I highly recommend the Woodwinds and hope to see you all soon!

When people ask me how the wedding went my response is always the same, everything went more perfect than we could have even imagined. Not only was the food plentiful, but guests are still talking about how delicious it all was. From start to finish, the evening ran as planned, and was even filled with some surprises.
We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable wedding planner. Scott is a gem. It’s so clear the he loves what he does. We are so grateful to him and to the WoodWinds staff for the amazing memories of our special night.

Bridal Shower
I had my bridal shower at Woodwinds on June 11th. I was told by Vanessa, our coordinator, that they strive to make every event flawless, and that is the perfect word to describe my bridal shower: FLAWLESS. The planning was seamless and easy. We met with Scott, wedding planner/manager, and everything was absolutely taken care of from that point forward. Scott made the event PERFECT. Not only was he easy to talk to and approachable, he was SO attentive, friendly and helped put my mind at ease. He walked my mom and maid of honor through the schedule of the day and kept the food and drinks coming! Scott was so accommodating and truly made the event perfect. The food was delicious and the wait staff did not miss a beat. I cannot give enough praise to the staff at Woodwinds. They all truly make the venue the best of the best. Five stars all around!!!! Thank you for making my bridal shower a day to remember.

I just wanted to say how happy I am that I was able to have my wedding at the beautiful Woodwinds. The day was absolutely perfect and that wouldn’t have been possible without all of your help. I can’t believe how stress free my day was, everything was set up perfectly and on time and everything ran so smoothly. The food and desserts were also amazing and everyone loved it!
JoAnna: Thank you for all your help with my planning and answering all my questions so quickly and with all the details I needed. I asked so many random questions and you were always so informative and kind with your answers. It was a pleasure being able to work with you.
Vanessa and Harrison: Thank you for all your help with the last-minute changes/meetings/details. I know I was completely scatterbrained at that point and you really helped keep everything on track.
Scott: Thank you for being so attentive during the wedding. It was so nice of you to always be there with the mirror when I needed it, that was so funny! But also, SO key haha. You were so kind to us the whole time and it was very calming and helpful throughout the day. Also, your wife was so sweet and so nice to my bridal party and I and our families. It was so nice of her to attend to us in the bridal suites.
Tony: Thank you for meeting with my parents and I to go over all the necessary details and also I’m sure a lot of behind the scenes details during the day that I’m not even aware of. Thank you also for taking the time to meet with us as I know the timing must have been difficult to fit in.

Our wedding was beautiful thanks to the lovely staff at Woodwinds. The ceremony was flawless, the food was delicious, and everyone worked well with the outside vendors. The flowers by JoAnna were exactly what we requested (and more) and I would recommend her services to any other couple using this venue. Scott was extremely helpful and it was comforting to have him around. He and his staff fixed a few minor “emergencies” such as mud on my dress and red wine on a guest’s shirt instantly. Many guests have called to let us know that they had an amazing time and we did as well. We can’t thank you enough for making our wedding special!

The wedding was absolutely prefect! Scott and the rest of the staff made the evening flawless!!! Everyone had raving reviews of the evening, food, atmosphere, staff, and bartenders! My mom mentioned she was tired from running around and the staff got her a cappuccino. Your staff is truly amazing and were always ahead of what we could of possibly even asked for. One of my friends and I were dancing and she knocked my drink out of my hand. I was more concerned about the mess we had made, but it was cleaned up within seconds and I was brought another drink without the night skipping a beat. My only regret is I wish the night was longer or we could relive the night over again!

Everything went so well. We were very impressed with of all the employees during the day of. We both felt very well taken care of.
